About Me
Black, female, Aussiedoodle. Age about 1.5 years old. Bought from the puppy store in Henderson. Likes children, but can be dominant over them with occasional growling towards children and parents. Dog is trained in basic commands, but stubborn to follow due to high energy and high anxiety. Dog was treat trained until we found out she had exocrine pancreatic I sufficiency. She requires pancreatic enzymes with food for life. Food without enzymes results in diarrhea and weight loss. She is very food driven and always looks for food even when scheduled meals are given to her. She requires to be crated when unattended as she will chew carpet and her play can be rough with small children. She requires a muzzle to prevent her from eating food crumbs and foreign objects in the yard as she has been known to do so. She has separation anxiety and has barked/shunned repeatedly upon leaving the house or simply going into another room. She is being treated with Fluoxetine with minimal results.
